What is the Bright Annealing pipe?
Seamless stainless steel pipes is improved and an inside smoothness degree is improved by giving solution treatment method with cold-drawing and bright heat treatment method. It is a precise tube manufactured to supply the liquid and the gas to lubrication.
Specification
It is manufactured in accordance with JIS G3459.
However, the tolerance of size is manufactured from an allowance that is severer than each manufacturer JIS standard.
There are a few differences by each manufacturer though inside roughness is manufactured from Ry≦3.0μm. （Please give the contact in detail of a tolerance of size and inside roughness. ）
Packaging Methods
The pipe is given the both ends vinyl cap for prevent dust invasion from the outside.
It is wrapped with the polyethylene bag one by one.
Electropolishing pipe
What is the Electro Polishing pipe?
The electrolytic polishing pipe is the high purity exact pipe that improves corrosion resistance.
One of the reason is the surface of the pipe is made a smooth specula because of the electrification grinding process. Another one is reproducing steady passive film by the chemical reaction during the process.

The ultrapure water washing is given in a clean room. Afterwards, both ends are shut with the vinyl cap. It is wrapped twice with the bag of polyethylene.
