A heat exchanger is a piece of equipment built for efficient heat transfer from one medium to another.
As a fluid, liquid or gas, moves, its heat also moves to another. The gas inside can be an air and a steam, the liquid can be water and brine. A heat exchanger is where these fluids exchange heat each other.
An inside of popular heat exchanger is divided by solid heat transfer wall. Heat is transferred through them.
They are widely used in chemical plants, nuclear power plant, airplane.
About a type of heat exchanger
Finned tube type of heat exchanger uses fins around pipes to increase an area of the surface to gain the effectiveness of the unit. There are plate type of heat exchanger, which has "sandwich" structure of metal plates and non-metallic seals, and multi-tube type of heat exchanger as known as shell and tube heat exchanger. Its structure has a shell and many tube, and each contains a different fluid which transfers heat each other. Our seamless pipes for heat exchanger are generally used for the latter.

Heat treatment (SR)
If heat treatment (Stress Relieving) is required, it can be processed with curving part.
* If curving process was done with stainless steel, solution treatment is also done with it to recover the toughness.

You can choose from wood-boxed, plastic-tied, or without packing.
