Seamless stainless steel pipes for machine structure
JIS G3446 seamless stainless steel pipe is generally used for machines, cars, and the other purpose such as structure.
We use Sandvik's Dual size - for 304/304L and 316/316L simultaneously - which achieved less degradation and more cutting speed, and a plenty of other vendors' items.
Duplex stainless steel SAF2205 (worth SUS329J3L) is in stock.

Notes: 304L and 316L are JIS based items. These are out of G3446 standard so it would be JIS items in quick delivery basis.
Yamatoku Point
- Seawater-resistant and stain-resistant as well as strength to an impact are becoming high demand. Regarding these needs, we have plenty of duplex stainless steels, which contains austenite and ferrite, such as 329J4L(JISG3459), super duplex stainless steel,which has high pitting factor, S32750(ASME SA 790), and S31803(ASME SA 790), which is worth 329J3L.
- Now ASTM(American Society for Testing Materials) and ASME（American Society of Mechanical Engineers）items are available in our stock, regarding current demand. We have items which are hard to purchase in Japan, such as 304/304L, 316/316L, and other duplex stainless steels.
- TP-SC (Seamless Cold) is a proportion of the difference between maximum thickness and minimum thickness on the cross section, apart from less than 5.6mm pipes.
Merit of using SC on #400 Polishing
#400 Polishing: Compared cost of SC to cost of seamless hot(SH), although the former is higher than the latter, a period of polishing process can be reduced so that you can reduce cost and total time as well. In pipe production phase, because cold drawing is done with SC, it acquires solid foundation. Consequently, the quality is stable at high level.
Merit of using SC for its increased capability to process
Regarding a difference of the thickness based on JIS, SC has more strict rules than SH. Our original standard is set more strictly such as a tolerance of the thickness has to be less than 15% so that it result high capability of process.
